We ranked 35 Perth SEO agencies on the same seven public criteria

Best SEO Agencies Perth 2026

Oliver Wood

Oliver (Olly) is the founder and Managing Director of PWD Digital Agency, which he started in Perth in 2007. With nearly two decades in digital marketing, Oliver and his team specialise in SEO, Google Ads, web design, and conversion-focused digital strategy for Australian businesses.

Full disclosure up front. This article is published on the PWD website. We are one of the SEO agencies in this list, and we finish at number one. If that makes you suspicious, good, it should. Almost every “best SEO agency in Perth” list we found was written by an agency that ranks itself first, and this one is no exception. The difference we are aiming for is that every score below is built on public facts you can check yourself, and the same criteria apply to everyone, including us. If you decide someone else is a better fit, we would rather you make that call well-informed than hire us for the wrong reason.

Searching for an SEO agency in Perth is an odd experience, because you are using the product you are trying to buy. When we searched Google for “best seo company perth” from Perth on 27 October 2026, only three of the nine organic results on page one were Perth agencies. Three were agencies headquartered in Brisbane and Melbourne with a Perth landing page. One was a directory. One was a “25 compared” list whose publisher ranked itself first, and we couldn’t find a staffed Perth office for it. The last was a “top 5 SEO experts in Perth” article about Perth in Scotland. The first result on the map was a Google Business Profile named Best SEO Company Perth, with six reviews. Almost none of it is comparable.

So we did the comparable version. We pulled public data on thirty-five Perth agencies that sell SEO as a core service, applied the same seven criteria to each, and wrote honest entries for all of them. Every business was checked against ABN Lookup, every Google rating against the agency’s Google Business Profile, every award against the awarding body’s own winners and shortlists, and every Google Partner badge against Google’s own Partners directory. This is the SEO companion to our ranking of Perth digital marketing agencies, and it uses the same method with SEO-specific criteria.

The seven criteria we applied

We wanted criteria a Perth business owner would actually use to pick an SEO agency, not agency jargon. Seven filters, applied uniformly:

  1. Accreditations. ISO certifications, Google Partner tier, platform partnerships and industry memberships, counted only when the issuer’s own directory confirms them. None of them proves SEO skill, but an agency with no independently verifiable credential is asking you to take everything on trust.
  2. Longevity. Years operating. SEO has been through Panda, Penguin, the helpful content updates and now AI Overviews. An agency that has lived through several of those cycles has had to adapt, or it would not still be here.
  3. Team model. Who actually does your SEO: an in-house Perth team, a small team with contractors, or an offshore production line behind a local account manager. Content and link building are the parts most often quietly outsourced.
  4. SEO depth. Technical SEO, content, link building or digital PR, and local SEO including your Google Business Profile. Most campaigns need all four eventually.
  5. Pricing transparency. Published SEO prices or rates beat “contact us for a quote.”
  6. AI search readiness. Can they get you cited in Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity? In 2026 this matters as much as ranking on page one of Google did in 2018. Our primer on AI search visibility covers the mechanics.
  7. Public proof. SEO case studies with numbers for named clients, third-party reviews, and search awards from recognised bodies.

How the scores work. Every agency, including PWD, gets 0, 1 or 2 points per criterion, for a maximum of 14. We scored only what we could see in public sources on 27 October 2026.

  • Accreditations: 2 for Google Premier Partner, or several accreditations we could confirm in the issuers’ own directories. 1 for one confirmed accreditation, such as Google Partner at the standard tier. 0 if we couldn’t confirm any. A badge on an agency’s own site doesn’t count unless the issuer’s directory confirms it.
  • Longevity: 2 for 15 years or more, 1 for 8 to 14 years, 0 for under 8. We use the founding year the agency states, or its ABN date if it states none.
  • Team model: 2 for an in-house, Perth-based team of 15 or more. 1 for a smaller Perth team, or a larger team with stated offshore or remote staff. 0 for a Perth branch of an interstate or overseas business, or a small team that is partly overseas.
  • SEO depth: 2 if technical SEO, content, link building (or digital PR) and local SEO are all offered on the agency’s own site. 1 if one is missing. 0 if two or more are missing.
  • Pricing transparency: 2 for specific SEO prices or an hourly rate on the agency’s own site. 1 for indicative ranges, or rates and minimums on a directory listing the agency maintains. 0 if no prices are published. Budget bands on an enquiry form don’t count.
  • AI search readiness: 2 for a dedicated AI search (GEO or AEO) service. 1 if AI search is only mentioned within another service page. 0 if we found nothing; a blog post alone doesn’t count.
  • Public proof: one point each, up to 2, for a confirmed award win or shortlisting from a recognised industry body such as the APAC Search Awards, a published SEO case study with figures for a named client, and a Google rating of 4.5 or more from at least 100 reviews.

Ties are broken first by ownership: whether the agency’s own site or terms say you own the content and accounts it creates for you, say nothing, or say the agency keeps them. For an SEO client this matters, because the pages, copy and links you pay for are the asset. After that, ties go to public proof, then accreditations, then years operating.

To be listed at all, an agency needed a Perth office or a Perth-based team of more than one person, an active ABN, SEO sold as a core service with its own page, and at least one public review. The agencies we checked and left out, and why, are listed after the rankings.

Best SEO agencies in Perth: the 2026 ranking at a glance

Scores are out of 14. Ratings are from each agency’s Google Business Profile, checked on 27 October 2026. SEO pricing shows what the agency publishes; where it comes from a directory listing the agency maintains, the cell says which.

PWD and Bonfire both score 14 out of 14. The first tie-break separates them: PWD’s terms vest the work in the client once it is paid for, while Bonfire’s terms say Bonfire owns the intellectual property in the material it creates and licenses it to the client.

Perth SEO agencies by the numbers

What the 35 agencies in this comparison look like, from the public data we checked on 27 October 2026:

  • 4.90 average Google rating across 2,507 reviews.
  • Only 13 of 35 publish specific SEO prices or an hourly rate on their own website, and 13 more publish ranges or directory rates.
  • 25 of 35 offer a dedicated AI search (GEO or AEO) service.
  • 25 of 35 publish an SEO case study with figures for a named client.
  • 9 of 35 have an in-house, Perth-based team of 15 or more.
  • 8 of 35 have been operating since before 2006. The oldest, Bonfire, dates from 1996.
  • 13 of 35 have terms that say the agency keeps the intellectual property in the work, or the accounts it sets up for you. Only 8 say you own the work. The rest don’t say.
  • At least five advertise no lock-in or month-to-month terms while their own terms set a minimum period, a longer first notice period or an exit fee.
  • At least five show a Google Partner or Premier Partner badge or claim that Google’s own Partners directory doesn’t match.
  • Ten more businesses that appear in Perth SEO searches turned out to be based interstate or overseas. They are listed below.

1. PWD Digital Agency

One-line positioning: a fully in-house West Leederville SEO team inside the only Australian digital agency we could find with dual ISO certification, operating in Perth since 2007.

First, the honest pitch. Here is why we believe we earn the top spot, with links to public proof so you can check.

On accreditations, PWD holds dual ISO certification: ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security. We could not find another Australian digital marketing agency certified to both. If you find one, we will update this article. That matters for SEO more than it sounds: your SEO agency holds the keys to your website, Search Console, Analytics and Google Business Profile, and ISO 27001 is an audited standard for how that kind of access is controlled. We are also a WALGA Preferred Supplier.

On longevity, PWD has been operating since 2007. That is nineteen years of Perth SEO, through every major Google update from Panda in 2011 to AI Overviews, and five thousand-plus websites built along the way.

On team model, every member of the SEO team sits in our West Leederville office: strategists, copywriters and developers, inside a fully in-house team of 40-plus Perth-based staff. Nothing is outsourced offshore. Our Managing Director, Oliver Wood, who wrote this article, takes a very active, hands-on role in our clients’ SEO rather than leaving it to account managers. When you ask why a page dropped, you speak to the people who work on it.

On SEO depth, technical SEO, content, link building, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation are all done in-house, next to the developers who build and host our clients’ sites, so a technical fix doesn’t need a handover to another company. More on how we work as an SEO agency in Perth.

On pricing, our standard rate of $195 per hour is published. We don’t publish an SEO rate card: retainers are quoted after a scoping call, and run on a six-month initial term, then month to month on 30 days’ written notice. No 12 or 24-month lock-in.

On ownership, our terms say the intellectual property in the work vests in you once it is paid for, and we assign it to you. The content, pages and links you pay for are yours. Our terms do ask for a PWD credit link in your website footer.

AI search readiness is where 2026 gets interesting. AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search and Perplexity now answer a meaningful share of queries before anyone sees a blue link. We built a dedicated AI Visibility service to get our clients cited inside those answers, and our AI Search Visibility primer lays out the mechanics.

On public proof, our SEO case studies name the client and show the numbers: organic visits up 101% and enquiries up 53% year on year for Direct Homes WA, organic visits up 63% and enquiries up 56% in twelve months for Cuddles Early Learning, and organic visits up 61% year on year for Diabetes WA. PWD’s Google Business Profile holds a 4.7-star rating across 153 reviews.

On the numbers, Bonfire matches us on all seven criteria, and it is a strong choice. We finish ahead of it on our first tie-break, ownership: our terms assign the work to you, while Bonfire’s terms say it owns the intellectual property in the material it creates and licenses it to you.

The other place a competitor might genuinely beat us is focus. If you want an agency that does nothing but SEO, or a solo consultant who personally handles every task, some of the specialists below may suit your brief better. For most Perth businesses that want SEO, content, development and AI search handled by one certified, in-house team, we believe we are the right call. We are comfortable putting that in writing and comfortable being wrong in the specific cases where we are.

2. Bonfire

One-line positioning: a Subiaco Google Premier Partner with a full in-house SEO department, published SEO pricing from $2,990 a month and dedicated AI search services.

Founded in 1996 and renamed Bonfire in 2012, with its head office at 1/1 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, and a Melbourne office opened in July 2025. Its team page says 40-plus staff are based in Subiaco (it said 50-plus when we checked on 8 October), and its SEO page says technical SEO, content, link building and reporting are all handled in-house. SEO Lead Sarah Salameh and Technical SEO Lead Michael Chen head a team of three SEO strategists plus content staff. Google Premier Partner, confirmed in Google’s directory. Dedicated pages cover technical, on-page, content, link building, local and Google Business Profile, ecommerce and enterprise SEO, audits and migrations and penalty recovery, plus AI Search Optimisation and AI Search Reporting. Its Furniture Bazaar case study reports organic traffic up 52% and organic conversions up 74% year on year, with results dated December 2020. Named Agency of the Year at the 2025 AMI Awards for Marketing Excellence and Digital Agency of the Year at the 2025 Campaign Brief WA Awards.

SEO pricing: Its SEO page says Perth SEO services start from $2,990 a month, and its AI Search Optimisation page quotes the same starting price with “no fixed term” and 30 days’ notice. Its standard terms allow a 6, 12 or 24-month minimum term with a cancellation fee where one is set in the client’s services specification, and say Bonfire owns the IP in materials it creates (licensed to the client) and the paid platform accounts it sets up until transfer conditions are met.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 196 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: none on our scoring, but its SEO-specific case studies date from 2019 and 2020; its more recent examples, such as FLUX IT, are AI search or multi-channel. Its SEO page says there are “no hidden fees or long-term contracts”, while its standard terms provide for minimum terms with a cancellation fee where one is agreed, so check your services specification. Under the same terms Bonfire owns the IP in content it creates and licenses it to you, which matters if you want to own the SEO content you pay for.

Best fit for: established mid-sized and larger businesses, including ecommerce and enterprise sites, that want a deep in-house SEO team with AI search tracking and can commit about $3,000 a month or more.

3. Dilate Digital

One-line positioning: a large Fremantle agency that folds a broad SEO menu, including international, enterprise and GEO, into an integrated organic offer sold on fixed monthly fees.

Founded 2010 and based at 31 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle. Its homepage describes a team of nearly a hundred and its founder’s bio says staff are worldwide, while its SEO page refers to a Perth-based SEO team. Google Premier Partner, confirmed in Google’s directory. Its team page has no SEO-titled roles: organic work sits under Brendon Crouch, Head of Organic Marketing, and clients deal with digital strategists. Its Organic & SEO menu covers on-page SEO and schema, link building, international and enterprise SEO, website migrations and content marketing, with local SEO and Google Business Profile included in its monthly SEO management, plus a dedicated generative engine optimisation (GEO) page. Its Integrity Physio case study reports an 18-fold rise in organic traffic over four years, and Harvest Tours reports bookings up 56% from an SEO-led approach. Shortlisted, as “Dilate”, for Best Large Integrated Agency at the 2026 APAC Search Awards. It acquired Perth media agency Mentor Marketing in August 2025.

SEO pricing: Not published on its own site: the SEO page describes a fixed monthly fee quoted after discovery, and its agency-maintained Semrush listing gives project budgets starting from $2,500. The SEO page promises no lock-in contracts, and its terms (July 2025) allow termination on 30 days’ notice, except that notice given in the first 60 days runs to day 90; website IP and content other than Dilate’s own IP vest in the client, and fees rise with CPI each April.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 377 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: SEO pricing isn’t published on its own site, and staff are described as worldwide without saying where its SEO staff sit. Its homepage says its team “can virtually guarantee high-value rankings”, while an FAQ on the same page says “Anyone that guarantees results is lying to you”. It calls itself “Perth’s #1 SEO Services Agency” without citing an award or ranking, and its site lists no awards. Its no lock-in promise comes with a notice period that runs to day 90 if you give notice in the first 60 days.

Best fit for: SMEs and mid-market WA businesses that want SEO run alongside content, paid media and web from one large team.

4. ALYKA

One-line positioning: a West Perth web, HubSpot and digital agency where SEO is one of several services, with two senior SEO specialists and a dedicated GEO service.

Founded between 2006 and 2008 depending on the source, with its company registered in February 2007, and based at 146 Colin Street, West Perth, under co-CEOs Zion Ong and David Birrell. Its Our People page profiles 33 staff and refers to Perth and Malaysian offices. SEO is one service alongside Kentico and WordPress builds, HubSpot CRM and paid media. It has no Head of SEO; two staff are titled Senior SEO Specialist, the longer-serving of whom joined in 2017. Its SEO page covers audits, on-page work, content strategy and keyword research, off-page work that is “primarily backlinks”, SEO for new website builds and reporting, and a separate page sells generative engine optimisation (GEO) with named GEO specialists. Its XytoVet case study reports users up 52.1% and sessions up 61.6% year on year since SEO work began. Won the Finance (PPC) category of Best Use of Search at the 2026 APAC Search Awards with One Click Life, a paid search entry, and was a 2026 Australian Web Awards finalist.

SEO pricing: SEO pricing isn’t published on its own site; its HubSpot Solutions Directory listing gives a $5,000-plus budget floor across all services. We found no published terms, so lock-in, minimum term and ownership of accounts and content aren’t stated.

Public reviews: 4.7 on Google from 67 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: it has no ecommerce SEO offer, and local SEO and Google Business Profile work are covered in its FAQ and SEO page copy rather than on a service page of their own. SEO pricing and terms aren’t published beyond the budget floor on its HubSpot listing. Its SEO page says “100% In House” and an image on it describes a Perth-based SEO team, while its people page refers to Perth and Malaysian offices; the site doesn’t say where its SEO staff sit. Its SEO case studies report traffic rather than leads or revenue, and the largest organic gain, tripled traffic for One Click Life, came from recommendations the client’s own team implemented.

Best fit for: local governments, not-for-profits and mid-sized organisations that want SEO bundled with a Kentico or WordPress build or a HubSpot programme rather than a standalone SEO retainer.

One-line positioning: three-person Ascot team led by two software engineers, doing technically focused SEO and GEO at published monthly prices with no lock-in.

The Net Search business name was registered in 2014; its site doesn’t state a founding year. Three people are profiled at Suite T12, 152 Great Eastern Highway, Ascot. The business is led by two software engineers, James Campbell and Jonathan Cream, and the third team member works from Sydney; its site says it doesn’t outsource or white-label. Google Premier Partner, which its own AI SEO page calls an advertising credential rather than an SEO one. SEO is its largest service, with pages for technical audits, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and digital PR, local SEO, Google Business Profile, ecommerce SEO and website migrations. In October 2026 it published SEO prices, added a dedicated AI SEO (GEO) page and rewrote its case studies with reporting periods: Perth Pool Co’s organic traffic rose 283% from January 2020 to January 2021, and Hilton Electrical’s rose 107%, with 19 keywords ranking first, from May 2021 to January 2022.

SEO pricing: Published: campaigns start from $1,000 a month, with larger and more competitive campaigns from $2,000, $3,000 and $5,000 a month, confirmed in a written quote; audits and migrations are quoted separately. Month to month with no lock-in, and its site says clients own their website, content and data and keep access to their own Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile accounts.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 18 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: a very small team with no SEO-titled specialist, and one of its three people works from Sydney. All of its SEO case studies date from 2019 to 2022. No awards found, and the site doesn’t display an ABN or legal entity.

Best fit for: Perth small and mid-sized businesses, including trades, retailers and online stores, that want SEO from the developers who will fix their website, at a known starting price and without a contract.

6. The Start

One-line positioning: award-winning Perth CBD design studio with a small in-house SEO function and its own AI visibility tool for GEO.

Started in 2014 as a one-person operation and relaunched from Start Digital as The Start in 2025. Sixteen people work in-house at 370b Murray Street, Perth, led by founder Neil Mason, and its homepage says there is no offshoring. One team member holds an SEO title, alongside two marketing specialists. A WALGA Preferred Supplier. SEO and GEO sit under its marketing services, behind web design, branding and AI products. Its SEO page covers technical audits, on-page content and information structure, internal linking, off-page link building, local SEO and a live 24/7 reporting dashboard, and its GEO page uses its own AI visibility platform, Solais.ai, to track ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Its Averna Homes case study reports a 223% increase in organic traffic within the first four months. Won Digital Agency of the Year at the Campaign Brief WA Awards ceremony in May 2026 (Campaign Brief labels it the 2025 award), plus Australian Web Awards category wins in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

SEO pricing: No SEO prices are published: its SEO page refers to tiered packages without figures, and its Semrush agency listing gives a budget of $5,000 to $10,000 per project. Its SEO terms bill monthly in advance, require 30 days’ written notice to end, make all fees non-refundable and give no ranking guarantee; they don’t say who owns analytics accounts or SEO content.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 63 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: one SEO-titled specialist, and SEO is secondary to its design and web work. SEO prices appear only as a budget range on its Semrush listing. Its one SEO case study with figures, Averna Homes, gives no baseline or dates. No Google Partner or other ad-platform accreditation found. Its SEO page calls it “the 2026 WA Digital Agency of the Year”, an award Campaign Brief labels 2025.

Best fit for: brands commissioning a design-led website that want SEO and GEO handled afterwards by the same in-house Perth team, with live dashboard reporting.

7. Digital Hitmen

One-line positioning: an Attadale SEO-first agency with eight SEO-titled staff, published hours-based SEO and GEO tiers, and more verified search-award wins than any other agency we checked.

Founded 2016 and based at Suite 1, 11 Hislop Road, Attadale. Co-founder Brad Russell is listed as its SEO expert and director, and eight of the 15 people on its team page hold SEO titles, including technical SEO and ecommerce SEO specialists. Its About page says there are “no account managers, no outsourcing”. Separate pages cover on-page SEO, off-page work including digital PR, local SEO and Google Business Profile, ecommerce SEO, content writing, technical audits, SEO consulting and training, website migrations and a dedicated GEO service. On the awarding bodies’ own lists it has eight search-award wins from 2023 to 2026, the most of any agency we checked, including Best Small SEO Agency at the 2024 APAC Search Awards and Best Local Campaign (SEO): Small at the 2026 Global Search Awards with Physio Pro. Its Genesis Dental case study reports monthly organic leads rising from 40 to 391 and monthly organic traffic from 344 to about 3,500 over a campaign running from 2022 to December 2025.

SEO pricing: Publishes three hours-based tiers for SEO and GEO: $1,900 a month for 12–15 hours, $3,800 for 25–30 hours and $6,800 for 50–60 hours, and unused hours don’t roll over. Engagements start with a six-month sprint and then move to month-to-month, and no terms of business are published, so ownership of accounts and content isn’t stated.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 106 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: not listed in Google’s Partners directory, so it scores zero for accreditations, and it has been operating for ten years. Its “no long-term lock-in contracts” line comes with a mandatory six-month initial sprint, and it publishes no terms of business. Its SEO page calls it “the most award-winning SEO agency in Perth”, a self-assessed claim: its count of verified search-award wins is the highest we found, but its awards page tally (“28 wins, 62 finalists”) also counts local business, customer-rating and pay-to-enter programmes. Its Discovery Alert case study’s title (116 to 317,000-plus sessions) doesn’t match its body (623 to 317,000).

Best fit for: small and mid-sized businesses (trades, health, ecommerce and local services) that want SEO and AI search as their main channel, with hours-based pricing and direct access to the specialist doing the work.

8. LocaliQ WA

One-line positioning: the Perth office of LocaliQ, a national, US-owned provider selling packaged subscription SEO and generative AI SEO alongside ads and lead-management software.

LocaliQ is the trading name of ReachLocal Australia, whose Australian company dates from 2006, and a brand of US-based USA TODAY Co. Its Perth office is at Central Park, Level 32, 152 St Georges Terrace, and its Perth page says the team is based in Perth, but no Perth SEO staff are named; its Semrush agency listing gives Sydney as its base, and the business reports 101 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Google Premier Partner through its Australia and New Zealand listing. SEO is a packaged product covering technical and on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO including Google Business Profile, ecommerce and enterprise SEO, white-label SEO for agencies and a generative AI SEO service. The national business was shortlisted at the APAC Search Awards in 2025 (Third Sector/Not for Profit, and Health) and 2026 (Best Software Innovation). Its Harrington & Co. case study, for a Brisbane jeweller, reports organic traffic up 168%, from about 2,000 visitors a month in 2015 to almost 5,500.

SEO pricing: Not published beyond an SEO FAQ saying costs range “anywhere from a few hundred to multiple thousands each month”; its Semrush agency listing gives a budget of $0 to $10,000 per project. Its SEO terms set a minimum term of six 30-day cycles that then renews automatically, cancelling early incurs a fee equal to 100% of the unpaid balance of the term, and LocaliQ keeps ownership of the design elements of content it creates.

Public reviews: 4.5 on Google from 92 reviews for the Perth office.

Limitations against our criteria: the Perth branch of a national business owned offshore, with no Perth SEO staff or leadership named, and its terms let it subcontract any of its obligations without the client’s consent. Pricing is only a broad range. Its named SEO case studies are from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and we found no Perth SEO case study; its award shortlistings are credited to the national business. Its contract has a six-cycle minimum, renews automatically and carries a 100% fee on the unpaid balance for early cancellation.

Best fit for: local SMBs that want a packaged SEO subscription bundled with Google and Meta ads and lead-tracking software from a large national provider, and are comfortable with a six-month minimum term.

9. Word Of Mouth Agency

One-line positioning: Ardross full-service agency selling SEO from $1,000 a month alongside social, web and Google Ads, with a dedicated AI SEO service.

The agency dates its brand to 2018; the company behind it was registered in September 2015. Eleven people on its About page, led by co-founders Adam Perich and Ryan Khong, at 1/14 Kearns Crescent, Ardross. No SEO lead or SEO-titled role is named; its SEO page says the work stays in-house, and its AI SEO page describes a Perth-based team. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory. The SEO offer has its own pages for on-site SEO, link building, local SEO, Google Business Profile, page speed and AI SEO, plus a free SEO and AI visibility check. Its Buttercups Childcare case study reports, for the 12 months to September 2026, organic enquiries up 78%, organic sessions up 30% and organic phone clicks up 59%, and “perth childcare” moving from 8th to 1st between April and September 2026; the SEO ran alongside a website rebuild and paid ads. Its P.Princi Butchers website won the Hospitality category at the 2026 Australian Web Awards.

SEO pricing: Its SEO page says monthly SEO packages start from $1,000, varying with the level of service and the size of the site (GST treatment isn’t stated). SEO contracts have a three-month minimum, and its terms allow either party to cancel on 30 days’ written notice.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 114 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: Google Partner at the standard tier, not Premier, and the brand dates from 2018. A team of eleven with no named SEO lead or SEO specialist, and its technical SEO is described through page-speed and on-site pages rather than a broader technical service. Its terms say accounts, campaign structures and setup created by the agency remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing, and may be withdrawn when digital marketing services end, so agree ownership of accounts and content up front.

Best fit for: local, multi-site, hospitality and retail businesses wanting SEO bundled with web, social and Google Ads from one Perth team, from about $1,000 a month.

10. Scott Shorter

One-line positioning: founder-led North Coogee search specialist where clients deal with a senior SEO directly, with more than 20 client-quoted results on its site.

Founded 2011 by Scott Shorter, previously head of search at Vivid Group (Isobar) and Sumo Digital, to work exclusively in search. A small team, with LinkedIn listing 2 to 10 employees in early October, working from 3 Ceylon Turn, North Coogee; the site has no team page. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory under the name Scott Shorter Advanced SEO. The SEO offer covers on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO and migrations, ecommerce, enterprise and international SEO, link building and SEO training, and its enterprise page describes PR, outreach and link-building teams. Shortlisted at the 2025 APAC Search Awards (Best Use of Search: Automotive, with New Rental) and the 2025 Global Search Awards (Best Global SEO Campaign: Small, with Growplay Monkey Bars). Its results page quotes HealthEngine’s non-branded organic visitors rising 150% within 12 months, and its Perth Garage Doors case study reports organic visitors up 206% with 13 keywords ranking first.

SEO pricing: Pricing isn’t published; its SEO page describes a flat monthly fee, no 12 or 24-month commitments and “short contracts without setup fees”, and says the improvements made to your site are yours to keep. Its DesignRush listing shows $150 an hour and a $1,000–10,000 minimum budget, and its enterprise page recommends an initial trial term of about four months.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 123 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: a small team with no team page, and the site doesn’t say whether the PR, outreach and link-building staff on its enterprise page are employees or contractors, or where they are based. Pricing appears only on directory listings. AI optimisation is a homepage section with no dedicated service page, and local SEO is shown through case studies and testimonials rather than a service page. Most results are client testimonials rather than full case studies. Its “2025 Winner SEO” badge is a TechBehemoths directory award, which we don’t count.

Best fit for: businesses from SMEs to national and enterprise brands wanting senior, search-only SEO, including ecommerce, international and technical work, rather than a full-service agency.

11. Pathfinder Marketing

One-line positioning: a Nedlands performance agency and Google Premier Partner that sells SEO on a “profit-first” pitch, with a dedicated AI SEO page and no lock-in contracts.

Trading since 2016, with the Pathfinder Marketing business name registered in 2021, and based at 7/154 Hampden Road, Nedlands, under managing director Dave Toby. Its About page lists 22 people (18 when we checked on 8 October), four of them in SEO roles, including SEO Performance Lead Mauricio Talero and AI SEO Performance Lead Saijo George. Google Premier Partner for 2026, confirmed in Google’s directory. Its SEO pages describe keyword and content strategy, internal linking and a content and technical roadmap, with a “profit-first” model that works out unit economics before SEO starts, plus ecommerce, enterprise and industry SEO pages and a dedicated AI SEO and AEO page. Won Best APAC SEO Campaign at the 2025 Global Search Awards with Little Shop of Happiness, and was shortlisted twice at the 2025 APAC Search Awards. Its Area Office case study reports page-one keywords rising from 48 to 211 and five-fold year-on-year revenue growth from a combined SEO and paid programme.

SEO pricing: Not published on its own site; its agency-maintained Semrush listing gives project budgets starting from $2,500, and its SEO stories there show budgets of $1,500 to $3,500 for 12-month projects without saying whether these are monthly. Its SEO page says “We Don’t Do Lock-In Contracts”, but no terms are published, so notice periods and ownership of accounts and content aren’t stated.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 49 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its own site doesn’t describe link building or local SEO and Google Business Profile work (both appear only in client stories on its Semrush listing), so it scores zero for SEO depth. Pricing and terms aren’t published, and it has been operating for ten years. Its SEO pages show “146 leads per month from organic search” linked to its Standard Squeeze case study, which reports paid and UGC results and no organic leads; the same figure appears on its Semrush listing as a BudgetNet result. Its About page lists its two 2025 APAC Search Awards shortlistings alongside its win without saying they were finalist placings.

Best fit for: ecommerce and SME owners who want SEO tied to margin and revenue reporting, run alongside paid search and social on no-lock-in terms.

12. Bloom Digital

One-line positioning: a Subiaco boutique agency with a Head of SEO, back-to-back APAC Search Awards wins for Best Small SEO Agency and retainers from $3,000 a month.

Its company was registered in October 2017; the site doesn’t state a founding year. Based at Level 2, 16/210 Bagot Road, Subiaco, and led by director Sara Lyon, with 13 people on its About page and SEO run by its Head of SEO, listed there as Brooke. Its SEO page says its SEO experts are in-house. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory. The SEO page covers technical SEO management, on-site SEO and copywriting, off-site link building, local SEO and Google Business Profile, ecommerce SEO and a GEO section, and GEO also appears as one of four sections on its AI agency page. Won Best Small SEO Agency (25 or under employees) at the APAC Search Awards in 2025 and 2026, Small Agency of the Year for SEO at the 2025 Search Engine Land Awards, and Best Integrated Campaign at the 2024 APAC Search Awards. Its Perth Premier Painting case study reports organic conversions up 163% and organic traffic up 15% in 2024 against 2023.

SEO pricing: Its SEO page FAQ says retainers start from $3,000 plus GST a month. No terms of business are published, so contract length, notice periods and ownership of accounts and content aren’t stated.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 53 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: Google Partner at the standard tier, a small team of 13 to 14, and GEO offered as a section of its AI services and SEO pages rather than as a standalone service. No terms of business are published. Its SEO page heading “APAC Search Awards’ Best SEO Agency Two Years Running” drops the “Small” from the award’s name, and an image on that page is labelled as a 2024 APAC Best Small SEO Agency winner badge, while the APAC Search Awards list Digital Hitmen as the 2024 winner of that category; Bloom’s confirmed 2024 APAC win was Best Integrated Campaign. Many of the 24 case studies on its index page show no figures.

Best fit for: small and mid-sized local businesses in health, trades, hospitality and professional services that want SEO alongside web, branding and ads from a small in-house team.

13. Concise Digital

One-line positioning: Perth CBD web and SEO agency billing a published $120 an hour with no lock-in, a named SEO team and a dedicated AI SEO service.

Says it was founded in 2005; the current company was registered in 2017. Its site describes 50-plus (and elsewhere 60-plus) specialists across six time zones, with leadership, sales and digital marketing teams in Perth and Sydney, and names 31 people. Its Perth address is Level 12, 197 St Georges Terrace, in a flexible-workspace centre. Six SEO roles on its team page, led by SEO leader Taya Coghlan and including an AI search specialist; its audit page says audits are done by its in-house SEO team. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory. The SEO offer covers standalone SEO audits, on-page SEO and copywriting, link building, local SEO with Google Business Profile, Bing Places and Apple Business Connect management, healthcare SEO and a dedicated AI SEO (GEO and AEO) service. Its SEO case studies don’t name clients; one reports organic traffic up 953% for a WA Shopify retailer between Q4 2018 and Q1 2019.

SEO pricing: Publishes an hourly rate of $120 plus GST ($110 by direct debit) with no minimum spend, and clients choose their monthly hours; its AI SEO audit takes around 8–12 hours. It says it has a no lock-in policy across its SEO services; we found no published terms on ownership.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 61 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: none of its SEO case studies name the client, and several date from 2018 and 2019. The team works across six time zones, and the site doesn’t say where staff outside Perth and Sydney are based. Both listed offices, in Perth and Sydney, are in flexible-workspace centres rather than standalone offices. Google Partner at the standard tier, no awards listed, and with 61 reviews its Google rating is below our 100-review threshold.

Best fit for: SMBs, especially ecommerce businesses and those on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, wanting pay-as-you-go SEO hours, a standalone SEO audit or AI SEO alongside development.

14. Living Online (Perth SEO Studio)

One-line positioning: West Perth search agency, operating since about 2009, that sells SEO through its specialist brand Perth SEO Studio and holds verified APAC Search Awards wins.

Operating since around 2009 (the current company dates from 2012) and led by founder and CEO Evan Cunningham-Dunlop. Since 2023 it has sold SEO under a second brand, Perth SEO Studio, at perthseostudio.com.au, which the site describes as “A Living Online Brand”. The two brands share one Perth team: Perth SEO Studio’s team page names 14 people, including two senior SEO consultants and an associate SEO consultant, and Living Online’s About page profiles 15. Services cover technical SEO, on-page SEO and copywriting, off-page link building, local SEO, audits and site migrations, and its terms say it does not buy paid links. Won Best Small Integrated Search Agency at the APAC Search Awards in 2022 and 2023, confirmed on the awards’ own lists. Named case studies on Living Online’s site include a 358% rise in organic search traffic in 12 months for SWAN Systems and a 139% rise in organic subscription conversions for Australian Tenders.

SEO pricing: Neither site publishes SEO prices, and Living Online’s Semrush Agency Partners listing gives project budgets starting from $1,000. Subscriptions roll on one month’s notice (the next service period is billed in full), Living Online keeps the intellectual property in code and design it supplies under a usage licence to the client, and its terms don’t say who owns analytics, Search Console or ad accounts.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 43 reviews for Living Online, and 4.9 from 32 reviews on Perth SEO Studio’s separate profile.

Limitations against our criteria: its one confirmed accreditation is Australian Web Industry Association membership; it isn’t listed in Google’s Partners directory, and neither brand claims to be a Google Partner. SEO pricing appears only as a project-budget floor on its Semrush listing. Perth SEO Studio’s About page calls it “The visionaries of AI driven SEO”, but we found no AI search service on either site. Its team of 15, all based locally, is shared across both brands. Perth SEO Studio’s site gives a Subiaco address while Living Online’s site and Google profile give West Perth, and we couldn’t confirm whether the Subiaco office is still in use. Perth SEO Studio’s award list is largely Living Online’s, most of it from before the SEO brand was created in 2023, and it doesn’t separate wins from shortlistings. Its four case studies are unnamed versions of Living Online’s, and most give no time frame.

Best fit for: Perth SMEs and mid-market firms wanting technical and content SEO tied in with Google Ads and web from one local team on rolling monthly terms.

15. Cloud Cartel

One-line positioning: full-service Subiaco agency for small and mid-sized businesses, offering on-page, technical and local SEO plus GEO, with no lock-in on SEO.

Founded 2017; its company has been registered since July 2017. Nine people are on its About page at Level 1, Suite 2/29 Station Street, Subiaco, led by managing director Aaron and director Liam (first names only on the page). They include one SEO specialist, a digital marketing manager and a digital marketing specialist; the site doesn’t say where individual staff are based. Google Partner at the standard tier. SEO is one of nine main services, with pages for technical SEO, local SEO, SEO audits and GEO, and the main SEO page covers keyword research, on-page optimisation, SEO content, and citation and backlink building. Its Pumps Australia case study, a 2020 website, Google Ads and SEO project, reports a 99% increase in organic search traffic. Claremont Quarter, which it says it has supported with SEO since 2023, Pinjarra Bakery, Vivid Group and Cable Beach Club are shown as SEO projects without figures.

SEO pricing: No SEO packages are published, but its terms and conditions set a standard hourly rate of $240 plus GST, and its Semrush agency listing gives a budget of $2,500 to $5,000 per project. Its SEO page says there is no lock-in and SEO can be paused at any time; its terms say retainers are paid monthly in advance, unused hours don’t roll over, and either party can end a retainer with 30 days’ written notice.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 26 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: a small team with one SEO specialist, and Google Partner at the standard tier rather than Premier. Only one case study publishes SEO figures, from 2020, without a timeframe or baseline. Its only award is a software vendor’s website showcase, not an industry award. Its terms say Cloud Cartel keeps ownership of the design concepts and materials it produces, and copyright until an agreement is in place, keeps working files (clients can buy them at a minimum of three times the original design and production time), and asks clients to agree to a credit link on their website.

Best fit for: Perth small and mid-sized businesses that want SEO bundled with web, branding and Google Ads from one local team on a monthly retainer they can pause.

16. Perth Digital Edge

One-line positioning: a small, director-led Wanneroo SEO shop with a broad SEO service menu and indicative monthly pricing published on its site.

Founded 2016, according to its About page, and based at 17 Bonnievale Terrace, Wanneroo. Director and lead strategist Ben Tippett is the only person named on its About page; its SEO page describes an in-house team of SEO consultants, content strategists and technical specialists, and the Australian Web Industry Association lists it at 6 to 10 employees. Its homepage says the whole team is in Wanneroo and its SEO page says core work isn’t outsourced offshore. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory. Separate pages cover technical, local and Google Business Profile, ecommerce, enterprise and international SEO and outreach-based link building, plus SEO consulting, training and industry pages. Its SEO page reports 182 page-one keywords in 90 days and 440% more new users for Ningaloo Reef Station, and 364% traffic growth for Castle Security, both alongside new websites. Shortlisted at the 2026 Global Search Awards in the Best Use of Search B2C (SEO): Small category, with Slide and Glide.

SEO pricing: Its SEO page says small local campaigns usually start around $2,000 to $2,800 a month and mid-market campaigns generally sit between $3,000 and $5,500. It promises “No lock in SEO contracts, ever”, but its terms (effective February 2024) let a client terminate only after three months, on 30 days’ notice; new material is assigned to the client once paid for, and recurring fees rise by at least CPI each year.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 50 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: Google Partner at the standard tier, a small team, and AI search covered only as a section of its SEO page; its GEO and AI SEO addresses redirect to the homepage. Its “no lock in, ever” line sits against terms that set an effective minimum of about four months (three months plus 30 days’ notice). It describes a dedicated in-house SEO team but names only its director. Several of its SEO case-study figures give no dates or time periods, its TechBehemoths awards come from a directory-run programme, and its 2026 Global Search Awards result was a shortlisting, not a win.

Best fit for: Perth trades, local service businesses and small ecommerce operators who want hands-on SEO from a local, director-led team with indicative pricing up front.

17. Distl

One-line positioning: Jolimont brand-and-performance agency with a three-person in-house SEO team, a broad SEO menu including GEO, and dated, named SEO case studies.

Distl says a digital agency and a brand agency, each operating since the 1990s, combined in 2016; the Distl name was registered in 2020. Twenty-two people on its team page at 3/73 Troy Terrace, Jolimont, led by director David Metcalf, and its SEO page says SEO is kept 100% in-house at that office. Three of the 22 hold SEO titles, led by technical SEO lead Rob Sharif. The SEO offer covers technical SEO and site migrations, on-page content, link building and digital PR, local SEO and Google Business Profile, Shopify SEO, penalty recovery and a dedicated generative engine optimisation (GEO) service. Shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 APAC Search Awards, including Best Use of Search: Real Estate & Property with Summit Homes. Its Timpano Legal case study reports non-branded organic traffic up 211% (Q4 2024 on the year before) and “criminal defence lawyers Perth” moving from position 25 to 4 by March 2025.

SEO pricing: Pricing isn’t published; its SEO FAQ says campaigns are quoted on objectives, history, geography and competitiveness. Its SEO page says there are no lock-in contracts and no guarantees or performance-based deals, and its terms say that once work is paid in full it will, on request, assign or acknowledge the client’s copyright in it.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 69 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: pricing is not published, and the Google Partner badge on its site could not be matched to a listing in Google’s Partners directory. Its SEO page gives its headcount as 27-plus and 25-plus, while its team page lists 22. Its GEO page shows it ranking first in ChatGPT for prompts such as “Who is the best SEO agency in Perth?”; AI answers vary by user and over time, so we couldn’t verify that independently. Its 2026 APAC Search Awards entries were shortlisted but did not win.

Best fit for: Perth SMEs and mid-sized firms in sectors such as legal, trades, building and Shopify retail wanting in-house SEO with technical depth and GEO, without a lock-in.

18. Dezign Digital

One-line positioning: founder-led Osborne Park agency of three people selling SEO, GEO and ads at published monthly prices, with no lock-in and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Its SEO pages say it was founded in 2020, while its homepage says seven-plus years in business; the current WA company was registered in May 2024. Three people are on its team page, led by founder and managing director Anthony Raspa, who its GEO page says personally reviews every Australian client’s strategy. None of the three has an SEO title, and the site doesn’t say where they are based. Offices are listed at The Garden Office Park, Building B, 355 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park, and in Adelaide. Google Partner at the standard tier. Its SEO pages cover technical SEO, on-page SEO and content, off-page SEO and link building, local SEO, ecommerce and Shopify SEO, enterprise SEO and reputation management, and a dedicated GEO and AEO page covers schema, llms.txt, entity set-up and monthly AI citation tracking. Its First Aid Certified case study reports organic traffic up 55.5% over 2025, with more than 11,000 organic sessions and 1,500 organic form submissions.

SEO pricing: Published, but the figures differ by page: its homepage lists SEO and AI search from $995 a month, its pricing page gives organic SEO at $500 to $2,000-plus a month, and its GEO page lists a GEO and AEO retainer from $995 a month. It says there are no lock-in contracts, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and says clients own everything it builds; we found no terms and conditions page.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 41 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: founded in 2020 by its SEO pages’ account, so under eight years operating. A three-person team with no one in an SEO title, although its Perth SEO page refers to “our team of SEO specialists in Perth”. Its one SEO case study is quoted three ways: a 55.5% rise in organic traffic on the case study itself, 92.1% on its homepage and 92.5% on its GEO page. Its GEO page still promoted a “Founders Offer” for clients signing by 16 May 2026 when we checked on 27 October. No awards listed.

Best fit for: price-sensitive Perth small businesses and professional services that want a published monthly SEO or GEO price and the option to cancel at any time.

19. The SEO Room

One-line positioning: small Canning Vale SEO and local search studio with published retainers from $1,500 plus GST a month, month-to-month terms and a dedicated AI SEO service.

Started in 2017, according to its team page, and based at Unit 13, 45 Barley Place, Canning Vale. Its team page lists seven people, “all in Perth”: two strategists, two copywriters, a designer and SEO executive, a photographer and a videographer, named by first name only. Marketing strategist Reem runs the strategy on every account and writes its case studies. Services cover technical SEO, SEO copywriting and content, backlinks in its higher tiers, local SEO with Google Maps grid scans, Shopify SEO and a dedicated AI SEO and GEO page, alongside web design, hosting, AI receptionists and business automation. Its case-study posts are built on Search Console and map-grid data and don’t name the client, but its SEO agency page names Gold PC IT Services as the client in its local map-pack study, which reports the client’s MacBook screen page up 657% in six months. Another post one reports a Perth law firm’s organic clicks rising 102%, from 784 to 1,584, comparing February to August 2026 with the same months of 2025. It also publishes its own list of the best SEO agencies in Perth, which ranks The SEO Room first and discloses that it is on the list.

SEO pricing: Its SEO agency page lists retainers from $1,500 plus GST a month (Essential), $3,000 (Booster, which adds backlinks) and $5,000 (Super), with custom scopes above that, while its local SEO page lists different tiers of $1,500, $2,500 and $3,900 a month plus GST. Month to month, “cancel or pause any time”, with reporting run from accounts the client owns.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 27 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no accreditations claimed or found, and no awards. Founded in 2017, so it scores mid-range on longevity, and its seven-person team is small. Most of its case-study posts don’t name the client, and its 5.0 rating comes from 27 reviews. Its price tiers differ between its SEO agency page and its local SEO page,.

Best fit for: Perth tradies and local service businesses wanting local SEO, Google Maps and AI search visibility with published prices and no lock-in.

20. SEO Perth Experts

One-line positioning: owner-led Perth SEO specialist with published monthly packages from $499, month-to-month terms and generative engine optimisation included in its full packages.

Founder and CEO Peter Brittain says he started the business as Slinky Interactive in mid-1998. The SEO Perth Experts name was registered in 2019, and the same owner runs a sister brand, SLINKY Digital Agency, for web design and Google Ads. SEO is its only core service and Brittain leads the work himself; its homepage says “No account managers. No interns.” LinkedIn shows about four people, and the founder’s page on its site says he splits his time between Perth and Bali, working remotely. Services cover technical SEO, on-page SEO, content and copywriting, link building, local SEO, ecommerce and Shopify SEO and reputation management, with a dedicated generative engine optimisation (GEO) page; its pricing page says GEO is included in every full package. It publishes more than 12 named case studies, including a 448% rise in organic traffic for Brilliance Carpet Cleaning since September 2016 and a 409% rise for Principal Pools + Landscapes since June 2019.

SEO pricing: Published: starter packages at $499 a month (focused on Google Business Profile) and $599, and full packages from $799 to $2,999 a month, with no setup fees; GST treatment isn’t stated. Month to month on one month’s notice, billed in advance, and its site doesn’t say who owns accounts or content.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 86 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its About page claims Google Partner status and Australian Web Industry Association membership, but we couldn’t find it in Google’s Partners directory or the AWIA member list. An owner-led, remote-working business with a small team: we couldn’t find a staffed office; its Google Business Profile lists a Scarborough address. No awards, and its 5.0 rating comes from 86 reviews, short of our 100-review mark. Its case studies quote percentage traffic growth without baselines or end dates. Its founding year differs by source: 1998 on its site, 1999 in company records and 2004 on LinkedIn.

Best fit for: Perth small and local service businesses, such as trades, landscaping, legal and allied health, that want published prices, month-to-month terms and direct contact with the owner.

21. Loaded Communications

One-line positioning: small Bulwer Street web and digital studio pairing WordPress builds with in-house SEO, a dedicated AI search service and published SEO price ranges.

Its site and LinkedIn say it has operated since 2001; the current company was registered in 2009. Based at 201–203 Bulwer Street, Perth, it says all services are delivered in-house from its Perth studio, with no outsourcing. It doesn’t name its leadership or SEO staff, and LinkedIn shows five people. Its SEO page covers technical SEO, on-page and content, link analysis and off-page SEO, local SEO and performance reporting, and it also provides white-label technical SEO for creative agencies. A dedicated AI Search Optimisation page covers generative engine optimisation. Other services include WordPress websites, UX design, maintenance, ecommerce, Google Ads and email. Named results include a 680% organic increase in daily users over two years for Ember Plumbing & Gas, whose engagement also included a website and early Google Ads, and 25 keywords in position one for Willing Property, including “Perth property developer”, with active users up 37.4% year on year. Clients include GDI Property Group, Football West and Perth Airport.

SEO pricing: Its “how much does SEO cost” page gives estimated monthly ranges: $1,500 to $3,000 for small campaigns, $2,500 to $5,000 for medium and $5,000 to $8,000-plus for large, with GST treatment not stated. It says it doesn’t require lengthy SEO contracts and that Google Ads clients own their account from day one; its terms charge ongoing work at hourly rates with a one-hour minimum.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 13 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its Google Ads page calls it a “verified Google Partner agency in Perth”, but we couldn’t find it in Google’s Partners directory. A very small team, with no leadership or SEO staff named on its site. No awards, and its 5.0 rating comes from 13 reviews. The 2001 start date on its site predates the current company, registered in 2009. Its price ranges are estimates and overlap, and its terms say it may delete work and data on file if an account is cancelled.

Best fit for: Perth SMEs, particularly in property and trades, wanting a website plus ongoing SEO from a small in-house team, and creative agencies needing white-label SEO.

22. White Chalk Road

One-line positioning: Perth CBD search specialist since 1999, with a 15-person in-house team, a dedicated GEO service and named SEO case studies with figures.

Established 1999 by founding director Charles Ryder. Its team page lists 15 people and says they are all based in WA, working from its Perth CBD office at 5/59 Parry Street, and its SEO Perth page says SEO is done in house by Perth-based search marketing managers. Its directors include Search Director Tessa Pinkerton and Strategy Director Alex Hamilton, and each client gets a dedicated marketing manager. Its SEO section covers technical SEO, SEO copywriting, link building, local SEO including Google Business Profile and citations, audits and migrations, and a dedicated GEO service covers Google’s AI Mode and AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Its Lotus Legal case study, from January 2023, reports website sessions up 167% within 18 months, with organic visits growing almost identically and ranked keywords rising from 313 to more than 1,500; Google Ads ran alongside. For TTFS it reports organic traffic up 50.16% and organic conversions up 148.93% over about three years. It does not build websites.

SEO pricing: Not published: its enquiry form asks for a monthly budget, in bands from $2,000–$4,999 to $35,000-plus, and its SEO Perth page says it can give an indicative cost or a full proposal after an SEO review. Its terms set a 12-month initial term that renews monthly unless 30 days’ notice is given before expiry, leaving early costs 30% of the SEO fees for each remaining month, and all IP in its products and services belongs to White Chalk Road.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 67 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no SEO pricing published and no accreditations we could confirm. White Chalk Road wasn’t listed in Google’s Partners directory at any tier when we checked on 8 October, though its homepage shows a Google Partner badge and its SEO Melbourne page calls it an “SEO Melbourne Agency & Google Premier Partner”. No awards listed. Its terms are restrictive for an SEO buyer: a 12-month initial term with exit damages, automatic monthly renewal, IP assigned to the agency, and a clause barring the client from appointing a competing provider during the term where it would interfere with the work. Its Melbourne and Sydney SEO pages present it as a local agency in those cities, but its only address is in Perth. It refers website builds to “partner” Organik Web, which shares its Parry Street address and is a registered business name of White Chalk Road’s own company; its case studies don’t mention the link.

Best fit for: businesses that already have a website and want a local specialist team for SEO, local SEO, Google Ads and AI search, and are comfortable with a 12-month initial term.

23. Juicebox

One-line positioning: brand and technology agency in West Leederville with a Bali team of more than 50, where SEO and GEO sit inside a wider growth offer.

Juicebox says it started in 2005; its current company was registered in 2010. Its head office is at 260 Railway Parade, West Leederville, and it is led by co-founder and group managing director Chris Nelson. Its GEO page describes a generative engine optimisation team “across Perth and Bali”, and an October 2026 post on its site says Juicebox Bali is “home to more than 50 staff” and that “every role exists on either side”; its contact details list offices in Perth and Jakarta. No head of SEO or SEO specialists are named on its site. Google Premier Partner. SEO sits under the Organic Search & Content part of its growth offer: a short SEO page, a dedicated GEO page with AI visibility tracking, and SEO migration work described in its Termi and Linear case studies. Campaign Brief WA Digital Agency of the Year 2023, with Australian Web Awards category wins for website projects each year from 2023 to 2026.

SEO pricing: Not published. Its GEO page says every engagement is scoped, typically starting with an AI visibility audit, and we found no directory listing with rates. No service terms are published, so minimum term and ownership aren’t stated.

Public reviews: 4.4 on Google from 22 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its SEO page is short and lists no specific SEO services, and we couldn’t find link building, digital PR or local SEO offered anywhere on its site. No SEO pricing, contract terms or named SEO specialists are published, and none of the 51 work pages we checked reports SEO figures for a named client. Its GEO page describes a team across Perth and Bali, so ask which roles on your account sit in Indonesia.

Best fit for: mid-sized and larger organisations commissioning a new brand or custom website that want SEO migration and GEO handled by the same team.

24. Dux Digital

One-line positioning: small Perth CBD agency for purpose-led organisations, offering content-first SEO and GEO alongside accessible website builds.

Founded 2016, with offices at Suite 176, 580 Hay Street in the Perth CBD and in South Yarra, Melbourne; its site describes an in-house team but doesn’t say which staff work from which office. Ten people are profiled, led by founder and managing director Justin Greenwood, and one holds an SEO title; no head of SEO is named. Google Partner at the standard tier. Its Perth SEO page covers technical SEO and site audits, keyword research and SEO content, internal and external linking, local SEO with Google Business Profile, and tracking with a monthly reporting dashboard, and a separate page covers generative engine optimisation (GEO). Its SEO page reports a 40% rise in organic form submissions for Moodle and 26% more organic search conversions for Brecken Health Care, and its homepage a 98.45% year-on-year rise in organic Google clicks for Richmind WA. Won Best in Show: Accessibility at the Australian Web Awards in 2023 (its own site) and 2024 (client Luma).

SEO pricing: Not published: there are no prices, packages or hourly rates on its SEO, GEO or services pages, and we found no directory listing with rates. Its terms and conditions cover website use only, so minimum term, notice period and account ownership aren’t stated.

Public reviews: 4.4 on Google from 25 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: SEO pricing and contract terms are not published. Google Partner at the standard tier, not Premier, and a small team with one SEO-titled specialist. Its SEO figures are headline percentages on its homepage and service pages without baselines or time periods, and none of its 20 case-study write-ups publishes SEO figures. Its link building is described as internal and external linking, with no digital PR, and its SEO page says it prioritises content “even above backlinks”.

Best fit for: not-for-profits, health, education and NDIS providers that want SEO and AI search from the same team that builds their accessible website.

25. Daisy Digital

One-line positioning: Leederville search marketer with a 26-year history as Searchsmart, a four-person in-house SEO team and an early GEO offer.

Started in 2000 as Searchsmart, which it says was the first WA company to reach Google Premier Partner status; the current Daisy Digital company was registered in 2020. Sixteen team profiles on its About page, which describes an in-house Perth team at 3/224 Carr Place, Leederville, led by managing director Steve Poulson. Four of those are SEO roles: an SEO and GEO manager, Jack, and three SEO specialists, all named by first name only. Google Partner at the standard tier, confirmed in Google’s directory. Its SEO page covers technical audits and schema, on-page optimisation and keyword mapping, and off-page work focused on link building, supported by its own link-building tool, Daisy Tech. Content is written in-house in Perth, and a dedicated Generative Engine Optimisation page covers Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Client reviews on its site describe relationships of six to seventeen years.

SEO pricing: Pricing isn’t published, and its Clutch profile lists no rate or minimum. We found no published contract terms, minimum term or ownership policy.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 55 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no dedicated local SEO or Google Business Profile service, no case studies with figures and no awards listed. Pricing and contract terms are not published. Its Premier status is historical; it is a standard-tier Google Partner today. Its SEO staff are named by first name only, and with 55 reviews its Google rating is below our 100-review threshold.

Best fit for: established local businesses that want a long-tenured Perth search team handling SEO, GEO and Google and Microsoft Ads under one roof.

26. Bang Digital

One-line positioning: West Perth full-service agency, founded 2007, whose published SEO work centres on technical projects such as site migrations and rebuilds.

Founded 2007 by managing director Renae Lunjevich. Ten people on its team page at 591 Newcastle Street, West Perth; no SEO lead is named, and its SEO page refers to “our SEO team”. Google’s directory lists it as a Google Partner at the standard tier, although its site calls it a Google Premier Partner. Its SEO page covers technical SEO, on-page SEO, content marketing and white-hat link building. In its Tadano Global case study, branded terms held first position after an October 2023 multi-country site migration, and key commercial terms rose an average of 4.56 places. Its Visit Mandurah case study reports average search position improving from 15.5 to 7.4 and online booking revenue up 85.1% after a rebuild with technical SEO. The Visit Mandurah site, a Bang SEO client, won Best in Show: SEO at the 2026 Australian Web Awards; the official list credits the entry to Visit Mandurah. Bang was a Campaign Brief WA Digital Agency of the Year finalist three years running to 2024.

SEO pricing: SEO pricing isn’t published on its site; its Clutch listing shows a $5,000-plus minimum project and $150–199 an hour. Its SEO FAQ says it offers “No Lock-In contracts”, but its terms allow termination for convenience only where the Digital Marketing Plan provides for notice (20 business days), add a one-time $450 + GST charge when a retainer ends, and keep IP in deliverables with Bang under a licence limited to the term of the agreement unless the plan says otherwise.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 38 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no local SEO or Google Business Profile service, and no AI search (GEO or AEO) service; its AI page is about using AI inside marketing. Pricing appears only on its Clutch listing. Its Premier claim doesn’t match Google’s directory, which lists it at the standard tier. Its terms are stricter than the “no lock-in” headline, so check the Digital Marketing Plan before signing. Some case-study figures are hard to interpret, such as Auspan’s “921% increase in keyword rankings” and a 392% rise in organic traffic for MyPlace with no period given.

Best fit for: WA mid-market, tourism, property and industrial organisations wanting SEO tied to site rebuilds, migrations, analytics and paid media from one established local team.

27. Optimise Online

One-line positioning: Burswood SME agency that bundles local SEO into published, month-to-month retainers from $2,000 a month, with a large-scale location-page case study.

Founded 2013. Ten people on its About page, named by first name only and led by CEO Calum and general manager Hannah, at 31 Stiles Avenue, Burswood; a 15 October blog post puts the team at twelve. No SEO-titled role is named, and its SEO page says SEO is never outsourced and is delivered by an in-house Perth team. SEO isn’t sold on its own: it is bundled into published retainers, with the $2,000 Gold tier including on-site and off-site local SEO. Its terms list technical work such as crawl errors, redirects and schema, and link acquisition through guest posts, citations and directories. Its case study for The Grout Guy reports Search Console impressions rising from 318,002 to 850,222 (167%) in six months after a new site with 2,535 suburb and location pages, and Simply Cool Airconditioning reports impressions up 1,641% over four years. Finalist in two categories at the 2023 Australian Web Awards.

SEO pricing: No SEO-only price: SEO is bundled into six published retainers from $2,000 to $9,000 a month plus GST, month to month with no lock-in. Its June 2026 terms of service vest IP in “Service Intellectual Property” in Optimise Online, with a licence to the client that ends on termination, and refer to unpaid invoices “including for any minimum term”.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 106 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: not listed in Google’s Partners directory, and we found no other platform partnerships. No AI search (GEO or AEO) service, only blog posts. No named SEO specialist, and its SEO results are reported mainly as impressions and keyword counts rather than organic clicks or leads. Its terms refer to “any minimum term” while its pricing page says month to month with no lock-in, and they don’t say whether SEO content written for your site is covered by the agency’s IP clause, so ask. It says AI drafted the copy for The Grout Guy’s 2,535 location pages, which were then checked by hand. Its Web Excellence and Global Digital Excellence awards are pay-to-enter programmes we don’t count.

Best fit for: trades and local service businesses wanting SEO, Google Ads and website work in one fixed monthly retainer from an in-house Perth team.

28. iST Digital

One-line positioning: Mount Hawthorn web design and digital studio founded in 2007, offering SEO alongside Google Ads, ecommerce builds and a dedicated AI search (GEO) service.

Founded in Perth in 2007, according to its site, and formerly iSolutions Technology. Led by director Brendan Wright, who its site says has run search campaigns for Perth businesses since 2007; no other staff are named and the site doesn’t give a team size, while LinkedIn shows three people. It works from a studio at Suite 2, 101 Scarborough Beach Road, Mount Hawthorn, where it holds strategy sessions in person, and is a member of the Australian Web Industry Association. Web design leads its offer: branding, WordPress and ecommerce builds on WooCommerce, Magento and Shopify, Google Ads, social, email and hosting. Its SEO page covers site architecture, speed and mobile optimisation, keyword research, on-site optimisation, content and link building, with local search and dental and allied health marketing pages. A dedicated AI GEO Search page offers an AI visibility audit and GEO as an add-on or standalone service. Clients include Centro Estates, Westjet and The Furniture Doctor.

SEO pricing: SEO pricing isn’t published; its GEO page says engagements start with a fixed-fee AI Visibility Audit credited against the first month, without stating the fee. Its Google Ads page advertises month-to-month packages with no lock-in, while its terms of engagement require 30 days’ notice before a term expires, rule out refunds, and say iST owns the intellectual property for setting up and managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns, and that ad account data, campaign insights, campaign content and creative are solely owned by iST.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 16 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its one confirmed accreditation is Australian Web Industry Association membership; the Google Partner badge on its homepage could not be matched to a listing in Google’s Partners directory. No published SEO pricing, no named SEO case study with figures (its portfolio describes web design projects, and its dental page cites an unnamed client) and no awards. Its terms say iST owns ad account data, campaign insights, content and creative, which is worth checking before signing if you might change agencies later. Its Google Ads page still refers to AdWords, and its 5.0 rating comes from 16 reviews.

Best fit for: small Perth businesses, especially dental, allied health and ecommerce, wanting a website, SEO and Google Ads from one small local studio with face-to-face meetings.

One-line positioning: East Victoria Park and Sydney full-service agency with a wide SEO and GEO offer, Chinese-language search capability and named SEO case studies.

Founded 2014 by Cheech Foo, with offices in East Victoria Park and Sydney. Its Meet the Team page lists the director and nine staff, none with an SEO title, and says the core team is backed by implementation specialists. Its About page says staff are also spread across Australia and overseas, and its new GEO page mentions “an offshore production crew”. The SEO offer runs to about ten sub-pages: research and strategy, on-page, off-page and link building through outreach and digital PR, backlink removal, local SEO including Google Business Profile and citations, migrations and reputation management, plus ecommerce and Shopify SEO and Baidu search for Chinese-speaking audiences. GEO, AI Answer Optimisation and Generative SEO each have their own page. Its ACE HSC Tuition case study reports visibility across 75 tracked keywords rising from 11% in January 2021 to a peak of 77% by February 2025, and its KDD Conveyancing case study reports an 89% rise in organic traffic since 2018, with quote submissions up 47%.

SEO pricing: Its Perth SEO page, added in October 2026, says it scopes SEO budgets in bands “from around $5,000 up to $50,000 or more”, without saying whether that is per month or per engagement. Its SEO FAQ says clients typically sign contracts of 3 to 12 months, and it publishes no client service terms covering who owns accounts or content.

Public reviews: 4.9 on Google from 20 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no accreditations we could confirm: the Google Partner badge on its homepage could not be matched to a listing in Google’s Partners directory. A small core team with no named SEO specialists, and an offshore production crew disclosed on its GEO page, while its Perth SEO page stresses “A Perth-based team”. Its SEO page title calls it the “#1 Award Winning SEO Agency in Australia”, but the awards it lists are local business awards, none of them for SEO. Its GEO page says “We have been doing search for more than 25 years”, though the company was established in 2014 and the page doesn’t say whose experience is counted. KDD Conveyancing results differ between its SEO page (a 25x traffic increase) and the case study (89% more organic traffic). Its SEO price range has no billing period.

Best fit for: SMEs targeting Chinese-speaking audiences, or needing Shopify and ecommerce SEO, with a budget that fits its stated SEO range of $5,000 and up.

30. OKMG

One-line positioning: Mosman Park brand, web and creative agency with a Melbourne office, where SEO is one marketing service among many, now with a published hourly rate.

Founding dates on its listings range from 2010 to 2013, and its company was registered in March 2013. LinkedIn shows 22 staff across a Mosman Park office and a Melbourne office. Its homepage FAQ says it hand-picks its senior team globally, “Melbourne to Canada, Manila to Nepal”, while its Marketing page says the marketing team is based in Perth and Melbourne. No SEO lead or specialists are named. Its SEO page covers keyword research, technical SEO (site speed, mobile responsiveness and crawl efficiency), on-page optimisation and content, backlink development (mentioned in its FAQ) and Google Business Profile management for Perth map results, with live reporting dashboards. SEO sits alongside brand, web, video, Google Ads and paid social. OKMG relaunched its site on okmg.com.au in October 2026 with a new pricing page, and the relaunch removed the mention of AEO from its SEO page along with its AI agents service page.

SEO pricing: Its pricing page (updated October 2026) sets a base rate of $180 plus GST an hour and lists monthly marketing retainers of $2,000 to $6,000 plus GST, labelled “Month by Month”, with no SEO-specific package. Its standard terms define a minimum term of 6, 12 or 24 months with a cancellation fee for early exit, OKMG owns the paid ad accounts it sets up unless the term is completed and at least 12 payments are made, and it owns the IP in its work, licensed to the client.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 105 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no SEO case studies with results: across its 147 work pages, SEO appears only as part of website builds. No AI search service, no named SEO staff and no accreditations we could confirm. The Google Partner badge we saw on 8 October could not be matched to a listing in Google’s Partners directory, and it is not on the relaunched site. Its pricing page labels retainers “Month by Month”, but its standard terms set a minimum term of 6, 12 or 24 months with a cancellation fee, so confirm in writing which applies. It doesn’t say where its SEO work is done.

Best fit for: organisations commissioning a website or brand project that want SEO bundled into an ongoing marketing retainer at a published hourly rate.

31. Bud Agency

One-line positioning: small Perth growth-marketing agency and confirmed Google Partner, selling SEO alongside Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social advertising on 30 days’ notice.

Clutch and DesignRush list it as founded in 2018, and its launch as a Perth growth-marketing agency was reported in November 2019; the current company dates from 2022. Based at Level 32, 152 St Georges Terrace, Perth. Clutch lists 2 to 9 employees, and its site names only one person, Tom, whom Business News lists as director. Its SEO page refers to “local in-house SEO experts”. Google Partner, confirmed in Google’s directory at its St Georges Terrace address, and it shows a Microsoft Advertising partner badge. SEO services cover on-page and technical SEO, audits and schema, content, link building it describes as a form of digital PR, local SEO through Google Business Profile and Maps, ecommerce SEO and penalty recovery, alongside Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social advertising, content and analytics dashboards. It lists a 2020 Good Design Award for web design and a 2020 Webby honour. Testimonials name DrawHistory, Shading Technologies WA and Social Meteor, without figures.

SEO pricing: Its site doesn’t publish SEO prices (“SEO pricing is dependent on the scale of the project”); its Clutch listing shows $100 to $149 an hour and a $1,000-plus minimum project. No lock-in: its SEO page asks for 30 days’ notice to finalise and hand over a campaign, and its terms let it suspend hosting, domain or email services once invoices are seven or more days overdue.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 7 reviews. Its Clutch listing has no reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: SEO pricing appears only on its Clutch listing, and we found no SEO case studies with figures and no AI search service. Its Good Design and Webby recognitions are for web design and date from 2020, outside our 2023–2026 window. A small team with only one person named, and its blog was last updated in February 2023. Its 5.0 rating comes from seven reviews. The 2018 founding year on its directory listings predates the current company, which dates from 2022.

Best fit for: Perth SMEs wanting a small team to run SEO and paid search together on 30 days’ notice with no lock-in.

32. Studio22

One-line positioning: Subiaco search and paid-media agency with a named Head of SEO, a three-person in-house SEO team and a dedicated GEO service.

Founded 2019 by Chris Chiari. Eleven people on its About page, working from 2/31 Hood Street, Subiaco, including Head of SEO Srdan Vujicic and two SEO specialists. Its SEO page says the work is “delivered entirely by an in-house team in Perth”, with strategy, technical implementation and content handled internally. The SEO hub has separate pages for technical, on-page, off-page and local SEO, covering links from “credible, relevant sources”, Google Business Profile and location content, plus ecommerce SEO and a dedicated generative engine optimisation page. Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ads, programmatic and WordPress sites sit alongside. It publishes no case studies on its own site; its homepage reports 64% average year-on-year growth in organic traffic and a 70% increase in qualified leads, without naming clients. Studio22 won Platinum in the SEO Campaign category at the 2022 and 2023 AVA Digital Awards (a pay-to-enter programme), and its Semrush profile attributes the 2023 entry to Contrast Painting.

SEO pricing: Not published on its site; its agency-maintained Semrush Agencies listing gives a budget per project of $0 to $2,500 and a project duration of more than six months. Its terms sell SEO on fixed terms, typically 12 months: leaving early costs 50% of the remaining monthly payments, agreements under 12 months need 90 days’ notice, and Studio22 keeps the marketing accounts it creates and removes its SEO work on cancellation.

Public reviews: 4.8 on Google from 48 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no accreditations we could confirm: its agency-authored Semrush profile says “As a certified Google Partner”, but Studio22 was not listed in Google’s Partners directory. No case studies on its own site, only aggregate homepage figures. Its SEO page calls it “Award-winning” without naming an award; the awards we could confirm are AVA Digital Awards, a pay-to-enter programme that doesn’t count under our criteria. Pricing appears only on its Semrush listing, and the agency is relatively young. Its terms refer to “any backlinks it may have purchased” and reserve the right to “disempower” them if a client leaves before 12 months. Its off-page SEO page says “No shortcuts, no link farms”; ask how links are acquired and what happens to them if you leave.

Best fit for: Perth SMEs wanting in-house technical, local and content SEO plus GEO alongside Google, Meta and programmatic ads, and comfortable with a 12-month SEO term.

33. Concept Marketing

One-line positioning: full-service West Perth marketing agency with a small local SEO function inside a broad creative, media and events offer.

Founded 2005, with its head office at Level 1, 46 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth, and a Melbourne office. Sixteen people are on its team page, led by director Mark da Silva. Its SEO is led by Senior Search Lead Jean Ibbotson, working with an SEO and web operations specialist, and its SEO page says it has a local team for SEO. Google Partner at the standard tier. Its SEO Perth page is short: it describes using research, keywords, content and site links to lift rankings, local SEO services and a free SEO audit, without a breakdown of technical SEO, link building or Google Business Profile work. SEO sits within a broad full-service offer spanning strategy, branding, websites, Google Ads, email and SMS, media, print, and events and PR, and the agency works with only one business per industry. A finalist for Large Agency of the Year at the 2024 AMI Awards for Marketing Excellence.

SEO pricing: Not published, and we found no directory listing with rates. Its terms of service cover website use only and say client services are governed by each proposal or service agreement, so minimum terms and ownership aren’t stated publicly.

Public reviews: 4.8 on Google from 66 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: its SEO page doesn’t describe technical SEO, link building or Google Business Profile work. No published SEO pricing, contract terms or SEO case studies: the results counters on its SEO page are general campaign figures, and only Tyrepower is named. No AI search service page; its only coverage is a blog post on SEO, GEO and AEO. A pop-up offering a website and SEO package still said “Secure before June 30th!” when we checked in late October.

Best fit for: businesses that want SEO as one part of a traditional full-service marketing relationship (branding, media, print and events) from a Perth team that takes one client per industry.

34. Fisher Digital

One-line positioning: West Perth full-service agency with a Darwin office, a Google Partner offering SEO alongside paid media, web builds and HubSpot automation.

Led by director Nigel Fisher. Its site cites 30-plus years of experience; the business dates from 2020. It works from Level 3, 682 Murray Street, West Perth, and has a second office in Darwin. Its site names five people, including partner and growth manager Scott Pattrick, while LinkedIn shows 21. Google Partner, confirmed in Google’s directory, with certifications in Search, Display and Video. SEO services cover technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation including link building, content and SEO strategy, alongside paid search and social, display and programmatic advertising, media buying, branding, video, web design and HubSpot automation. Its Firm Fencing case study, a multi-channel campaign covering SEO, paid ads, a new website and social, reports ranking keywords rising from 105 to 495 in under six months and to 1,050 a year later, with traffic up 111% and conversions up 91%. Clients include Boab Metals, Perth Trail Series and Minitopia.

SEO pricing: SEO pricing isn’t published. Its terms set a minimum term of 6, 12 or 24 months; either side can end the agreement on 30 days’ notice, but cancelling within the minimum term incurs a cancellation fee, and Fisher Digital owns the material it creates (the client gets a non-exclusive licence) and the paid platform accounts it sets up, which can be transferred only after the term is complete and at least 12 payments have been made.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 35 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: founded in 2020, so it scores nothing on longevity. We found no local SEO or Google Business Profile service on its SEO pages, no published pricing and no AI search service. Its SEO page calls it an “award-winning SEO Agency in Perth” but names no awards, and we found none on the awards lists we checked. Its two case studies date from 2023 and both are multi-channel. Its terms set 6 to 24-month minimum terms with cancellation fees, and give Fisher Digital ownership of the material it creates and the ad accounts it sets up. Its 5.0 rating comes from 35 reviews.

Best fit for: businesses wanting SEO bundled with paid search, paid social and web from one agency, and comfortable with a fixed-term agreement.

35. Windpixel Digital

One-line positioning: owner-operated Wattle Grove web studio offering local SEO, Google Business Profile and GEO for service businesses in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

Trading as Wind Pixel since December 2021, an owner-operated studio run by founder and lead developer Lance Woolf from Wattle Grove. Its company page lists a team of “6+”, and its SEO page promises a “Perth-based team; you talk to people who do the work”, though no one holds an SEO title. It has dedicated pages for SEO (technical and on-page audits, Core Web Vitals and crawlability fixes), local SEO with five suburb pages for Perth’s eastern corridor, Google Business Profile optimisation, content marketing and reputation management, alongside WordPress and ecommerce websites and Google and Meta ads. Separate GEO and AI search visibility pages cover AI search, and the GEO page sets out “Clear limits: we do not control ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity”. Its 17 work pages describe results in qualitative terms, such as local SEO and lead generation for Simply Fencing, without figures. Its terms were updated on 25 October 2026.

SEO pricing: Not published: its SEO page says “We quote after we understand your site, market, and goals”, with a fixed discovery or audit option and monthly retainers with a written scope. There are no lock-in contracts: either party can end ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice, and clients own the custom deliverables they pay for, such as site designs, graphics and content.

Public reviews: 5.0 on Google from 70 reviews.

Limitations against our criteria: no link-building service (its SEO page mentions links only in passing), no named SEO specialists, no case studies with figures, no published prices and no platform accreditations found. A young business, trading since 2021 as a sole trader rather than a company. Its terms, updated 25 October 2026, say the ad accounts, Google Ads accounts under its MCC, conversion tracking and tag manager containers it sets up stay under its ownership or primary control unless a transfer is agreed in writing, which is worth settling before you sign.

Best fit for: small local trades, health and professional businesses in Perth’s south-east and eastern suburbs wanting a website plus local SEO and Maps visibility without lock-in.

SEO agencies we left out, and why

We checked these businesses because they appear in Perth SEO searches or Perth agency lists, and left them out of the ranking. Leaving an agency out is not a judgement on its work, only on whether it met our inclusion rules on 27 October 2026.

  • Excite Media: based in Brisbane. Its only office is in Toowong, Queensland, and it has a Perth landing page.
  • Impressive Digital: based in Melbourne. Its Perth page says SEO is led from its Melbourne head office.
  • Kia Ora Digital: based in Melbourne, with offices in Queenstown and London, and no Perth office.
  • Supple Digital: based in Melbourne. Its Perth address is a serviced office and we found no Perth staff. The 4.9-star rating from 428 reviews on its Perth page is shown site-wide; its Perth Google profile had four reviews.
  • Firewire Digital: based in Newcastle, New South Wales, and remote-first, which its Perth page says openly.
  • Prosperity Media and Safari Digital: Perth SEO pages from agencies with offices in Sydney (both) and Melbourne (Prosperity), and none in Perth.
  • Digital Nomads HQ: based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Its “best SEO companies in Perth” article now redirects to its own Perth SEO sales page.
  • Web Tonic: founded in Montreal. We found no named Perth staff, and its Perth address is a coworking building.
  • Premium Ranks: its business addresses are in Canada and the UAE, its Perth address is in a business centre that sells virtual office addresses, and it has no SEO service page.
  • The Search Engine Shop: started in WA in 2008 but now fully remote, with no address on its site.
  • Lollipop Digital and Webology World: we couldn’t verify a staffed Perth office or a Perth team behind either site.
  • Local SEO Perth, SEO Agency Perth WA and Best SEO Company Perth: no named staff on any of the three sites, and no office we could verify.
  • SEO Perth Expert and Perth SEO Agency: one-person consultancies rather than agencies.
  • Ammo Marketing, Helium Marketing and Sprice Digital: Perth businesses, but none has a dedicated SEO service page.
  • PS Digital: a Perth brand, web and social studio. SEO is offered as one combined SEO and AI search page rather than as a core service, with no SEO case studies or SEO staff.
  • Agencies from our marketing ranking that don’t sell SEO as a core service: such as Social Meteor, Kennedy Digital, Tenacity Advertising and The Brand Agency. They are in our ranking of Perth digital marketing agencies.

How to choose an SEO agency in Perth

Stop reading top-ten lists, including this one. Instead, answer three questions.

What is the job? A tradie who needs the map pack in five suburbs needs a different agency to an online store with four thousand product pages, or a national brand that needs digital PR. Local SEO specialists, technical and ecommerce shops and full-service agencies all appear in this list for a reason.

Who does the work, and who owns it? Ask who writes the content, who builds the links and where they sit. Ask whether the content, the links and your Google Business Profile stay yours if you leave, and read the contract term before you sign. If the answer involves offshore partners, contractors, or account managers translating to a production team, factor that in.

What proof can they show you? Ask for named SEO case studies with figures, ideally in your industry. Ask for a sample monthly report and for their plan for AI search. Be wary of guaranteed rankings: Google’s own guidance says “no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.” Our guide to choosing an SEO agency in Perth that grows revenue, not just rankings goes deeper.

If our answer to those three questions is the best fit, we would love the conversation. If it is one of the other thirty-four, we would rather you hire them well than hire us badly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the best SEO company in Perth in 2026?

Based on the seven criteria applied in this comparison, PWD Digital Agency ranks as the best SEO company in Perth for 2026, scoring 14 out of 14. PWD is the only Australian digital agency we could find certified to both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, has run SEO from an in-house West Leederville team since 2007, publishes its $195 hourly rate, offers a dedicated AI search service, and its terms assign the work to the client. Bonfire also scores 14 and ranks second on our first tie-break, ownership of the work. Dilate Digital ranks third and ALYKA fourth.

How much does SEO cost in Perth?

Only 13 of the 35 agencies in this comparison publish specific SEO prices or an hourly rate. Published monthly prices that include SEO run from about $500 to $9,000 a month for small and mid-sized businesses, and published hourly rates from $120 to $240 an hour. Examples: Digital Hitmen publishes plans at $1,900, $3,800 and $6,800 a month, Bonfire starts at $2,990 a month, Bloom Digital at $3,000 a month plus GST, and Net Search at $1,000 a month. Competitive national campaigns cost more. Most agencies quote after an audit.

How long does SEO take to work?

Most campaigns show early movement within three to six months, and competitive terms usually take six to twelve months or longer. Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can move faster; new content and links take time to be crawled, indexed and trusted. Be wary of any agency that promises page one by a fixed date.

Which Perth SEO agencies have won search awards?

On the official winners lists for 2023 to 2026: Digital Hitmen won APAC Search Awards Best Small SEO Agency in 2024 and Best Use of AI in Content in 2026, plus Global Search Awards and Search Engine Land Awards wins. Bloom Digital won APAC Search Awards Best Small SEO Agency in 2025 and 2026 and Search Engine Land’s Small Agency of the Year (SEO) in 2025. Living Online won APAC Best Small Integrated Search Agency in 2023, Pathfinder Marketing won Global Search Awards Best APAC SEO Campaign in 2025, and ALYKA won an APAC Search Award for a finance PPC campaign in 2026. Distl, Dilate Digital, Scott Shorter and Perth Digital Edge were shortlisted.

Should I hire a Perth-based SEO agency or an offshore one?

Offshore SEO is cheaper per hour, and some of it is good. The risks are accountability, time zones, and not knowing who writes your content or where your links come from. A Perth team also knows local search behaviour, suburbs and competitors. Whichever you choose, ask exactly who does the work and where they sit, and get it in writing.

Can an SEO agency guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Google’s own guidance says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. An agency can commit to the work it will do, how it reports, and the outcomes it is aiming for, but rankings depend on Google and on your competitors. Treat a ranking guarantee as a reason to ask more questions.

Should I sign a 12-month SEO contract?

You don’t have to. Several agencies in this comparison work month to month or after a short initial term, such as PWD’s six-month initial term. Read the terms, not only the sales page: we found agencies advertising “no lock-in” whose terms set minimum periods, exit fees, or keep ownership of the accounts, content and links they create. Make sure your website, content, Google Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console stay in your business’s name.

What is GEO or AEO, and do I need it?

GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) are about getting your business cited inside AI answers from Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. A growing share of searches now get an AI answer before any blue link, so if you are not cited there, customers may never reach your site. 25 of the 35 agencies in this comparison offer a dedicated AI search service. PWD’s AI Visibility service is built for this.

What is the difference between an SEO agency and a digital marketing agency?

An SEO agency focuses on organic search: technical SEO, content, links and local search. A digital marketing agency covers SEO plus paid search, paid social, websites and analytics. If organic search is your main channel, a specialist can be sharper. If you need several channels working together, a full-service agency saves integration cost. We compare Perth’s full-service agencies in our ranking of Perth digital marketing agencies.

How do I check if a Perth SEO agency is legitimate?

Look for an ABN, a Perth office you can visit, named people doing the work, and case studies that name the client and show figures. Check any award against the awarding body’s own winners list and any Google Partner badge against Google’s Partners directory. In our research, several agencies showing a Google Partner badge weren’t in Google’s directory, and several “Perth” SEO agencies were based interstate or overseas.

  • LinkedIn company pages for team size and location.
  • Google search results viewed from Perth on 27 October 2026, and Ahrefs’ Australian keyword data for search volumes.
  • PWD ISO certification page: pwd.com.au/iso-certified-marketing-agency/

Facts about competitors are sourced from their public websites and the independent sources listed above. Facts about PWD are drawn from PWD’s own records and public pages, checked against the same directories. Where a claim could not be verified with high confidence, we have said so. If any agency listed disputes a factual claim, contact us with evidence and we will update the article publicly.
